When you submit our infrastructure audit form we collect: your name, business email, phone number (optional), job title (optional), organization name, location, service interest, and any environment details you choose to share. We do not collect data from casual browsing — this site uses no tracking cookies by default.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for your audit session, and — if you engage us — deliver the services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How submissions are processed
Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), acting as a data processor. Submission contents transit their infrastructure solely for delivery and are subject to their privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the form, email us directly at info@opnsrcs.com.
Retention
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to serve your request and for a reasonable business-records period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact info@opnsrcs.com and we will action verified requests promptly.
Commercial confidentiality
Infrastructure details, renewal figures, and estate information you share are treated as commercially sensitive regardless of personal-data classification. An NDA is available on request before any audit session.
